Minimum System Requirements

Check your computer to be sure it meets all of the following system requirements:

• An approved operating system, either Windows 95 (version "A" minimum), 98, 2000, NT, XP Pro, or Vista;
   
• An approved Internet browser, Internet Explorer versions 5.01 and higher with 128-bit encryption pre-installed, except for Internet Explorer version 5.5 which is NOT supported (go to www.microsoft.com for an upgrade);
   
• Management software capable of creating a claim file (either HCFA1500 (Version 12/90), or CMS1500 (Version 08/05), or NSF (National Standard Format) 1.04 through 3.01.
   
• Be sure you have an active connection to an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and an e-mail account.
