There are no per claim fees and no monthly provider fees.  processMYclaims!™ (PMC) has two low cost options. You may choose either PMC All Payer or PMC Commercial claim services. PMC All Payer covers Commercial and Government claims.

Submit claims and receive detailed, online real-time acceptance, error and rejection reports in about 30 seconds. The HCFA1500 (12/90) or CMS1500 (08/05) print image claims created by your existing management system are transformed into the HIPAA compliant, ANSI 837 formatted transactions required by Medicare starting October 16, 2003. We will also NSF transactions to the new HIPAA requirements.
